We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations at our locations worldwide. Where national regulations conflict with our Code of Conduct, we look for ways to maintain our standards in the best possible way.

Managers are role models and ensure that their teams consistently comply with applicable law and this Code of Conduct.

Peak Mobility works internationally with strategic partners and suppliers in order to be able to offer local, competent services worldwide. We expect our partners and suppliers to comply with our requirements for quality, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, fair business practices and the protection of intellectual property. Our common goal is long-term success based on responsibility and trust.
Fair business practices and integrity
We reject all forms of corruption and bribery and avoid even the appearance of unfair advantages. Managers and employees may not offer, demand or accept inappropriate benefits from political or administrative officials or business partners. Peak Mobility is committed to free and fair competition and adheres strictly to antitrust and competition laws.
We act in accordance with all applicable regulations on import and export controls and the prevention of money laundering.
Data protection and protection of information
We respect the personal rights of our employees, customers and partners. PSI Transcom processes personal data and confidential information exclusively in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. We protect business secrets and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Our employees are obliged to treat information entrusted to them confidentially and to protect it from unauthorized access.
Respect for human rights and labor standards
As a responsible company, we ensure compliance with fundamental human rights, labor rights, and environmental standards in our own business operations and, to an appropriate extent, throughout our supply chain. We are committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights, in particular on the basis of the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO). In particular, we reject:
