Peak Mobility GmbH, a leading provider of software solutions for public transport, and Verkehrsautomatisierung Berlin GmbH (VAB) have joined forces. With the successful integration of VAB into Peak Mobility GmbH, another milestone in the strategic development of Altamount Software GmbH and CHAPTERS Group AG has been achieved. <\/p>

The merger of the two companies combines the expertise of Peak Mobility and VAB to support transport companies with innovative and forward-looking solutions. The aim is to further advance the digitalization and automation of transport systems and to strengthen the efficiency and sustainability of urban mobility. Since March 2025, Peak Mobility GmbH has been part of Altamount Software GmbH, a company of the CHAPTERS Group AG. <\/p>
